THE PRACTICE LEADER TRACK · 90 DAYS · NOTHING CLINICAL
Recover the money your practice already produced.
Principal · Partner · Practice manager
For practice owners, principals and practice managers. No new marketing. No new chair. No new staff. The patients are already on your list and you already paid to get them.
The problem
New patients are expensive. The other list is free.
Patients who came, were treated, were happy, and quietly stopped. The plan presented in March that nobody chased in April. The recall that used to be six months and is now eighteen.
They cost nothing to reach. It is the cheapest revenue in dentistry, and it is invisible, because no software puts it on a screen and no accountant reports money that never arrived.

Where it goes
The four leaks
Dormant patients
Eighteen months or more, no appointment, no reason.

Questions
In the UK, yes. The GDC does not approve or accredit CPD providers and holds no approved list. Verifiable CPD is defined by criteria: stated aims and objectives, anticipated learning outcomes, quality assurance, and a certificate carrying the required detail. Every session is built to meet that. In Australia this counts as non-scientific CPD, capped at 12 hours per three-year cycle. In the US, Canada, the UAE and elsewhere, check your own regulator before claiming the hours.
Yes. Sessions run at a UK evening time and dentists join from the US, Canada, Australia and the UAE. Every registration gets a calendar invite in your own timezone, and the replay is available for twelve months if the live time does not work.
The first part is, and reactivation is the fastest money. The rest is making sure the leak does not reopen. A campaign is an event. This is a system with a named owner.
Most dormant patients did not leave unhappy. They moved, got busy, or had one appointment go wrong and never rebooked. Contacted properly it reads as care.
Yes. Single-surgery practices usually have the highest dormant proportion, because there is nobody whose job it is to chase.
Fair question, and I would rather you asked it now. I am not teaching you dentistry. I am teaching the business side, built and rebuilt across five companies, informed by four generations of practice owners in my family. If that is not enough, the first session is free and costs you ninety minutes.
